Dear guests!
We do everything we can to make your vacation enjoyable and smooth. Therefore, we kindly ask you to take note of and comply with the following.
1. The apartment is available from 3 PM on arrival day to 10 AM on departure day.
2. Report any cleanliness issues immediately, as later complaints won't be accepted.
3. Lock gates, doors, and vehicles for safety. We’re not liable for valuables in the apartment.
4. Only paying guests are allowed in the accommodation areas.
5. The guesthouse garden is monitored by cameras for security.
6. Guests use the wellness area (sauna, jacuzzi) at their own risk. Maintain cleanliness in the jacuzzi and shower before using it.
7. Fires are only permitted in designated areas with proper precautions.
8. Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean during their stay.
9. The apartment’s kitchen is for simple cooking. Eat only in the kitchen-dining area. Cleaning supplies are provided.
10. We’re not liable for damages due to uncontrollable events like natural disasters or power outages.
11. Guests must pay for any damages they cause on the property.
12. No pets are allowed to avoid allergies and inconvenience to other guests.
13. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoke outside and dispose cigarette butts properly.
14. No weapons, flammables, explosives, or strongly smelling substances are allowed in the accommodation.
15. The owner won't enter your accommodation without your permission unless it is necessary for safety or damage prevention.
16. Air conditioners need to be manually controlled and turned off when not in use or when windows are open.
17. Keep noise levels down before 8 AM and after 10 PM.
18. Turn off all electrical appliances and close taps when leaving.
19. Guests are responsible for their own behavior and any accidents.
20. Use facilities and services properly; misuse isn’t covered by the owner.
21. Guests not following house rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
22. Report any issues immediately to the provided phone numbers. Late complaints won't be accepted.
