Booking Rules
Booking Terms:
1. Bookings with the Accommodation Provider can be made online or via email.
2. If the Guest requests a proposal in writing,
Offers expire if not accepted or paid
The offer lapses if not accepted or if a 50% deposit
isn’t received within this timeframe.
3. A contract is formed once the Accommodation Provider sends a
Provider and becomes effective immediately.
4. The contract includes the proposal request, offer, order,
and confirmation.
5. The contract details must include:
• Guest’s name and contact information
address,
phone,
email,
• Arrival and departure dates
number of nights,
guest count (adults and minors),
• Apartment name
6. Bookings require a minimum of two nights and a maximum of 30,
with potential for longer minimum stays
during certain periods.
7. Verbal communications like orders or reservations
are not legally binding.
8. The Accommodation Provider may offer terms different from
the general conditions.
9. If a guest leaves early, the full service fee is
fee is due.
10. The Accommodation Provider can re-sell a vacated apartment before the reservation ends.
11. Extending a stay requires the Accommodation Provider’s
written consent,
potentially with full payment
for services already provided.
12. The contract can be changed or added to with written agreement from both the Guest
and the Accommodation Provider.
Cancellation:
1.) On the arrival day, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost.
2.) From 1 to 5 days before the arrival day, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost.
3.) From 5 to 30 days before the arrival day, the cancellation fee is 75% of the total cost.
4.) From 30 to 90 days before the arrival day, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost.
5.) Cancellation without a fee is possible until 91 days before arrival.
