General Terms And Conditions

GTC

Browsing the website of Földi Paradicsom Guesthouse, as well as making a reservation, you
accept that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions (including the
privacy statement), and agree with the contents therein.

Fundamental Conditions

1) Földi Paradicsom Guesthouse (Operated by Honesto-Perfect Ltd., 4200 Hajdúszoboszló, Kossuth Street 111.) –
hereinafter referred as Accommodation Provider – enters into contracts based on these general contractual conditions
for providing accommodation services.
2) The general contractual conditions do not preclude the Accommodation Provider from
entering into accommodation contracts with travel organizers, organizers, legal entity clients,
and individual entrepreneurs, either based on these general conditions or under conditions that
are partially or entirely different from these general conditions.

Contracting Parties

1. Guests are the ones who use the Accommodation Provider's services.
2. When the Guest directly books with the Accommodation Provider, a contract is formed between them.

3. If a third party (like an agent) books on behalf of the Guest
the contract is between that third party and the Accommodation Provider.
The Accommodation Provider isn't responsible for verifying
the third party's legal representation
of the Guest.
4. The Accommodation Provider makes contracts only with those who are legally competent.
5. Individuals who are not legally competent or are under 18 must be accompanied by a legally
competent adult to use the Accommodation Provider's services.

Contract Establishment Process:

1. Bookings with the Accommodation Provider can be made online or via email.
2. If the Guest requests a proposal in writing,
the Accommodation Provider responds with an offer valid for 48 hours.
The offer lapses if not accepted or if a 50% deposit
isn’t received within this timeframe.
3. A contract is formed once the Accommodation Provider sends a
written confirmation, effective from the date of sending.
4. The contract includes the proposal request, offer, order,
and confirmation.
5. The contract details must include:
• Guest’s name and contact information
• Birthplace
• Birthdate
• Address

email,
• Arrival and departure dates
number of nights,
• Number of nights and guests (adults and children by age group)
• Apartment name
6. Minimum stay is two nights and maximum is 30 nights,
with potential for longer minimum stays
during certain periods.
7. Verbal communications like orders or reservations
are not legally binding.
8. The Accommodation Provider may offer terms different from
the general conditions.
9. If the Guest vacates early,
the full service
fee is due.
10. Vacant rooms before reservation expiry can be re-sold.
11. Extending a stay requires the Accommodation Provider’s
written consent,
potentially with full payment
for services already provided.
12. The contract can be changed or added to with written agreement from both the Guest
and the Accommodation Provider.

Cancellation Policy

1. Guests can cancel without a fee by providing
written notice at least 91 days before arrival. If
canceled later, a fee as outlined
in the confirmation
will apply.
2. Cancellation fees are as follows:
• Up to 90 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation cost.
• Up to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the reservation cost. • Within 8 days of arrival: 100% of the reservation cost.
3. If the full fee or a deposit is not paid within 2 working days after booking,
Accommodation Provider can cancel the reservation and release the apartment.

Prices

1. Room rates are available on the Accommodation Provider's website: www.foldiparadicsomvendeghaz.hu.
2. Prices may differ on booking platforms like Booking.com and Szállás.hu. The price at the time of booking on these sites is final. If prices are in Euros, they're calculated using the Hungarian National Bank's exchange rate on the booking day.
3. The Accommodation Provider can change listed prices without advance notice.
4. Prices include all legally required taxes. If tax
rates change, any additional costs will be passed on
to the guest, with advance notice.
5. Current promotions and discounts are listed on
the Accommodation Provider's website. These cannot be combined with other offers.
6. Discounts or promotions introduced after an offer has been made do not apply to that offer.

Payment Methods and Booking Guarantees

1. Payment for services is due within two working days
after booking if the stay starts in less than 90 days.
2. For bookings made more than 90 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required within two working days of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
3. Invoices are issued in Hungarian Forints.
4. Payments, including deposits, can be made via bank transfer.
5. When paying by bank transfer, the amount must reach the Accommodation Provider's bank account within two working days of the booking, unless otherwise agreed.
6. The Guest covers any fees associated with their chosen payment method.
7.) The cost incurred in connection with the use of the payment method
shall be borne by the Guest.

Terms and Conditions

1. Guests can check in from 3 PM. If the Accommodation Provider is absent, keys are
available in a key safe, with the code sent via email or SMS by the day before arrival.
2. Guests must check out and leave the apartment with their belongings by 10 AM on the last day.
3. Early check-in or late check-out requires a separate agreement with the Accommodation Provider and may incur an extra fee.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.

Contract Termination and
Cancellation Policy

. The Accommodation Provider can end the contract and refuse service immediately if:
• The Guest misuses the apartment or facilities
• The Guest violates safety rules, behaves badly,
is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, acts aggressively or offensively
• The Guest has an infectious disease
• The Guest doesn't meet payment and
• deposit deadlines as agreed in the contract
2. The contract will be terminated in the event of unforeseen and
uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).

The Rights and Obligations of the Guest

1. Guests have the right to use the booked
apartment and standard facilities as per the contract or agreement.
2. Guests can submit written complaints during their stay, which the Accommodation Provider will address.
3. The right to complain ends after leaving the guesthouse.
4. Guests must pay for services as agreed in the contract by the specified time.
5. Guests are responsible for supervising anyone under 18 or not legally competent under their care.
6. Guests must ensure minors under their care do not consume alcohol on the premises.
7. Guests should use all facilities and services properly.
8. Guests (or anyone under their supervision) are liable for any damages caused to the Accommodation Provider or others.
9. If damages occur, the Guest is liable even if the affected party claims compensation from the Accommodation Provider.
The Accommodation Provider will inform the Guest of any damages within 2 days of departure, with photo evidence. For damages over 10,000 HUF, the Guest must compensate within 5 working days.

The Rights and Obligations of the Accommodation Provider

1. The Accommodation Provider must ensure the accommodation and services meet all regulations and standards as agreed in the contract.
2. The Accommodation Provider must investigate and address any complaints made by the Guest in writing.
3. The Accommodation Provider can only share information about the Guest's stay with third parties, including relatives, if the Guest gives written permission, except for legally required disclosures.
4. The Accommodation Provider isn't liable for damage caused by guests misusing the guesthouse's furnishings and equipment.
5. The Accommodation Provider isn't responsible for personal items left in common areas or apartments of the guesthouse.
6. The Accommodation Provider isn't liable for any harm or loss caused to the Guest or their dependents by other guests.

Resolving Disputes

The contracting parties aim to resolve any disputes arising through amicable means first. If such peaceful resolution proves ineffective, the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code will govern the legal relationship between the contracting parties. Any legal disputes arising from the service contract will fall under the jurisdiction of the court located in the area where the service is provided.
